You maintain and control the online booking portals in the absence of the Reservation Supervisor You maintain the reservation-relevant master data and the guest file in the PMS You create offers and confirmations for individual and group bookings You are co-responsible for cash management and competently operate the telephone switchboard You create and calculate new packages You support the Front Office with check-in, check-out and property tours You assist with filing and document management
