Die Stiftung Alterswohnungen der Stadt Zürich (SAW) operates 36 settlements on municipal territory with more than 2000 affordable apartments for people aged 60 and over. It supports its tenants with practical, social and nursing services, thereby enabling them to have a high quality of life into old age. Its diverse socio-cultural range of services supports the development of neighborhood contacts and an active settlement life. For the Spitex area, we are looking for a responsible Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF without case management, starting immediately or by arrangement. Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH without case management in evening & weekend service 40-60 % Tasks • During your assignment, you will take over evening responsibility for the evening team and the customers in the area. • You ensure qualified and resource-oriented nursing and care for our customers. • You support and guide customers and their relatives, even in complex situations. • You perform on-call duties with telephone professional responsibility. Profile • Completed tertiary-level training such as Dipl. Pflegefachperson FH/HF or equivalent training • Some years of professional experience in nursing • Enjoyment and interest in interacting with older people • Application knowledge in MS-Office and Perigon is an advantage • Driver's license Cat.
