For our young and dynamic personnel consulting company in Baar (ZG) we are looking for a dedicated intern. Start: From late summer 2026 or spring 2027 for half a year or a whole year Benefits: • 25 days of vacation • Flexible working hours • Many opportunities to get to know the field of personnel consulting better • Possible takeover after the internship • Modern premises Tasks: • Telephone contact with customers for job/vacancy clarifications • Telephone contact with candidates, job seekers and customers • Creation of resumes in German (and English) • Personal assistance to personnel consultants • Research tasks on the internet • Updating and recording our job offers • Answering daily e-mails • Representation of consultants during vacation absences together with another HR consultant • Reception tasks (candidates/customers) • Various statistics and evaluations • Cash management • Office material management and office material procurement • Assistance in creating documents for temporary employees • Contract management and invoicing • Creating invoices • Writing and creating mailings as well as support for mailing inquiries • General administrative tasks Profile: • Completed Matura, abandoned studies or at least a two-year commercial diploma • Dynamic, open, initiative, motivated, with quick comprehension and team player • Skilled in handling MS Office and the ten-finger system • Native language German or stylistically correct German language skills as well as medium English language skills; further language skills are an advantage • Ideal age between 18-23 years Interested?
