Medical Assistant / Nurse/ ASSC Permanent position 80 to 100%

Medical center grouping several doctors and specialties, seeking a versatile healthcare professional capable of ensuring both clinical and administrative activities. The person will play a key role in the smooth functioning of the center, the quality of patient reception, and the support of doctors.

Responsibilities

• Reception and care of patients.
• Assistance with medical consultations.
• Performing blood tests and sampling.
• Management and performance of routine laboratory analyses.
• Setting up and monitoring infusions according to skills.
• Preparation of consultation rooms.
• Management of medical equipment and stocks.
• Performing conventional X-rays (highly appreciated).
• Physical and telephone reception of patients.
• Management of several doctors' schedules.
• Planning and coordination of appointments.
• Management of patient files.
• Processing of medical and administrative mail.
• Data entry and administrative follow-up in the computer system.
• Coordination with insurance companies, laboratories, and other medical partners.
• Support and supervision of medical assistant apprentices.
• Participation in the transmission of best practices within the center.

Profile

• CFC as a medical assistant with radiology authorization or
• HES Bachelor in nursing or degree deemed equivalent or
• CFC as an ASSC with relevant experience in outpatient settings, hospitals, clinics
• Proven experience in a medical practice or a medical center.
• Ease in the care of patients from different specialties.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary environment appreciated.
• Proficiency in blood sampling.
• Proficiency in routine laboratory analyses.
• Conventional radiology highly appreciated.
• Management of infusions (for nursing or ASSC profiles).
• Good mastery of medical IT tools.
• Knowledge of Axenita is a real asset.
• Sense of organization and priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
• Team spirit and collaboration. Autonomy and versatility
• Patient orientation and quality of service.
