Real Estate Manager/in

Your tasks • You independently manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties and are the first point of contact for tenants, caretakers and external partners • You take over the operational processing of all real estate management processes - from leasing and contract management to the preparation of heating and service charge statements • You support initial lettings and marketing activities for new construction projects • You plan and coordinate smaller maintenance and repair measures and process damage cases. • You ensure professional care of the properties and ensure their attractiveness and value preservation Your profile • You possess the Federal Diploma of Higher Education as an Immobilienbewirtschafter/in • You bring several years of experience in the independent management of a real estate portfolio (residential and commercial properties) • You work independently, responsibly and convince through your high decision-making competence, flexibility and strong teamwork skills • You have proficient German language skills, French language skills are an advantage • You have good Office skills and ideally have experience with the management software Rimo R5 We at Visana shape the future of healthcare - with passion and innovation.
