TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE 80-100 % (m/f)

YOUR MAIN TASKS

• You are responsible for the creation of the spindle analysis reports
• You are the first point of contact for customer inquiries and error reports and ensure professional and solution-oriented processing
• You clarify customer needs, plan and organize the assignments of our service technicians
• You support new projects and ensure that our spindles are optimally integrated into the machines

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed basic mechanical or electrical training
• Further training as a Techniker HF or with corresponding experience in this working environment (spindles or customer service)
• Professional experience in the field of CNC grinding or milling machines is an advantage
• Broad technical understanding, solution-oriented thinking, high customer orientation and teamwork skills are required
• German as a native language and very good English skills in spoken and written form, other languages are an advantage
