Employee: Housekeeping

Your tasks You will undertake various cleaning services within the zoo and will be active both in the guest area and in the background. In gastronomy, you are co-responsible for the maintenance and care of all facilities, smooth processes, the provision of dishes, as well as compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. What you bring You have several years of experience in housekeeping and cleaning of gastronomy businesses and are an open, sociable personality. You are also proficient in the German language and it gives you pleasure to enable our guests to have a great stay in the zoo together with the team. You are in very good physical condition. Physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy pots and pans, standing for hours, and working in a hot and hectic environment cause you no trouble. Regular weekend shifts (incl. Sundays and public holidays) require your flexibility and a residence in the Basel region.
