For our customers in the main construction industry, we are looking for an experienced and responsible foreman (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Leadership and coordination of the construction site personnel
• Organization and monitoring of daily construction site processes
• Implementation of the specifications of the construction and project management
• Coordination of employees, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring the professional and timely execution of the work
• Control of quality, deadlines, and occupational safety
• Planning and organization of material, machines, and personnel
• Reporting and recording of the work performed
• Support in work preparation
• Participation in construction site meetings
• Compliance with applicable safety and quality regulations

Your profile

• Completed training in the main construction industry, for example as Maurer EFZ or Strassenbauer EFZ
• Further training as a foreman or comparable qualification is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the construction industry
• Experience in leading construction site teams
• Good knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Organizational and assertive skills
• Good German skills
• Driving license category B is an advantage
• Physical resilience and enjoyment of working on the construction site
