Facilities Technician / Operational Electrician 80-100%
As part of our facilities management team, you ensure that our buildings as well as the facility and security technical systems of the Verkehrshaus function reliably at all times. In doing so, you take on versatile tasks in maintenance, implement smaller technical projects, and make an important contribution to a safe and smooth operation.
Specifically, the following tasks await you:
You monitor, operate, and optimize our HVAC systems
You carry out maintenance, inspections, and smaller repairs independently
During service assignments, you coordinate external specialist companies and accompany their work on-site
If malfunctions occur, you analyze the causes and develop sustainable solutions
You actively participate in the further development of our building technology
You also actively support the team during technical projects, events, and special occasions
You are a committed, independent, and responsible personality with enjoyment in varied technical tasks. Thanks to your solution-oriented way of working, you maintain an overview even in demanding situations and pitch in where support is needed.
Furthermore, you have:
A completed apprenticeship as an Elektroinstallateur/in EFZ or a comparable training in building technology
Experience in the operation and maintenance of technical building systems
Enjoyment in solving technical challenges independently
Interest in modern building automation
Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and a structured way of working
Readiness for on-call duty
