• 14 juillet 2026 • 80 - 100% • Durée indéterminée • Bern ## As Cybersecurity Services Team Lead, you take the strategic and operational direction of the Cybersecurity Business Line of the Netrics group. With your focus on innovative Microsoft security solutions, you position our company as a leading provider of managed security services (MSSP) in the Swiss market. You assume full responsibility for results in terms of revenue and EBITDA and continuously develop our service portfolio. Here is how your work will be: ## • You successfully develop and implement the short, medium and long-term cybersecurity strategy of the Netrics group • Through your strategic skills, you maintain and strengthen alliances with Microsoft and other technological partners • You lead a multidisciplinary team composed of SOC analysts, security engineers, consultants and sales managers, both on a personnel and technical level • You ensure a high quality of service and are responsible for the complete service lifecycle, from design to operation • With your technical expertise, you work directly on demanding client projects and in escalation cases • You actively participate in client acquisition, pre-sales and the creation of solution designs • You achieve the business plan objectives in terms of revenue, profit and market share, and sustainably position Netrics as a strategic security partner with decision-makers and experts • With your economic orientation, you manage budget planning, cost control and margin optimization What you must bring: ## Professionally: • Solid and several years of experience in the implementation and operation of managed security services, particularly SOC operation • Very good knowledge of Microsoft security technologies such as MS Sentinel, MS Defender Suite (Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, Cloud), MS Purview as well as outside of the MS environment (e.g. Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet) • Experience in the design and implementation of security architectures in hybrid and cloud environments (Azure, M365) • Ability to intervene technically in a practical manner, notably in complex projects or escalation situations • Experience in incident response, penetration testing, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Benchmarks) is an advantage Personally: • Marked leadership qualities for mixed teams composed of senior and junior roles • Strong entrepreneurial competence, combined with P&L responsibility experience • Excellent communication and presentation skills at C-level • Ability to manage change and to position new business units internally • Mastery of negotiations with technological partners, clients and internal stakeholders • Very good knowledge of German spoken and written, good knowledge of English What makes this position your dream job: ## • Technically demanding environments with leeway and collaboration on an equal footing • You enjoy navigating at high speed and influencing the trajectory • You are part of the Netrics family, a young and motivated team in a very dynamic environment • Flexible and modern working conditions, nice benefits and possibilities for personal development
