We are currently looking for motivated and passionate CRS Health Care Assistant(s) / Nursing Assistant(s) to join our dynamic and benevolent team. Responsibilities Ensure basic care and support for residents in daily life activities. Collaborate with the healthcare team to guarantee optimal monitoring of residents. Participate in the implementation of personalized care plans. Ensure the physical and psychological well-being of the residents. Contribute to maintaining a pleasant and secure living environment. Qualifications CRS Health Care Assistant certificate or equivalent diploma recognized in Switzerland. Experience in a medico-social establishment or in a similar position is an asset. Ability to work in a team and to communicate effectively. Empathy, patience, and sense of responsibility. Mastery of French (oral and written).
