YOUR TASKS * You accompany, promote, and empower apprentices in their practical and theoretical training, thereby ensuring high-quality training. * You conduct regular training and qualification discussions and support individual learning processes. * You work across locations with vocational trainers, training and education managers, team coaches, and nursing teams. * You engage at job fairs, information events at schools, future days, as well as other events. * To ensure you stay at the pulse of practice professionally, you complement your activity with individual nursing assignments.
