Even without a classical education in the medical field, we enable you to make a successful lateral entry. Your tasks: What to expect Customer/interested party acquisition, support and consulting • You conduct advisory conversations with interested customers (in person or online). • Solution finding: You support our clients in defining health goals and implementing them in everyday life (e.g. in the areas of nutrition, exercise and stress management). • Accompaniment: You act as a continuous contact person and motivate customers on their way. • Administration: You record and manage the advisory conversations. Your profile: What you bring • Professional experience: You have already gained professional experience in another field of activity (e.g. from customer service, HR, sales, education, gastronomy or fitness). • Life competence: You have a high social competence, empathy and a pronounced interest in health topics. • Communication talent: You are a strong communicator who can listen well and explain complex things in a understandable way. • Language skills: Good German language skills in word and writing Good oral skills in Swiss German (additional languages are a plus). • Willingness to learn: You have fun acquiring new specialist knowledge in the field of health and prevention.
