INDUSTRY INSTRUCTOR (M/F) 100% Your tasks: \- Planning, preparation, and implementation of technical training (theory & practice) \- Implementation of product, system, and application training \- Instruction on commissioning, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and safety \- Implementation of training on-site at the customer's premises as well as internally \- Knowledge transfer in the area of regulation or programming of combined controls in the field of industrial burners \- Creation, maintenance, and updating of training materials, presentations, and documentation \- Participation in the development of training concepts and training plans \- Support in the standardization of training content \- Technical support for complex technical issues \- Close cooperation with product management, industry, service, and sales \- Feedback of practical experience to development and product management \- Conveying and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and standard specifications \- Ensuring training quality according to internal standards What we expect: \- Completed basic technical training (e.g., heating, electrical HVAC, automation, industrial plants) \- Several years of professional experience in an industrial or technical environment \- Very good technical system understanding \- Knowledge of relevant standards and safety regulations is an advantage \- High customer and service orientation \- Willingness to travel within Switzerland \- Team player, reliable, and good communication Your chance: You have the chance to strengthen a cheerful and motivated team with your personality.
