TEAM PARTNERS Suisse, a company of the Blue Soft Group, is looking for an AI Engineer / Generative AI Engineer to take over and continue activities related to the design, integration, and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions meeting concrete business needs. The mission requires high autonomy, a global vision of projects, and the ability to intervene from the analysis of needs to implementation.

AI Engineer / Generative AI Engineer (M/F)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze the needs of business departments and translate them into concrete technical solutions.
• Autonomously take charge of AI projects, from their scoping to their implementation.
• Design the global architecture of solutions and ensure their integration into the existing environment.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs in Python allowing the exploitation of LLM models.
• Configure and improve chatbots and AI assistants, notably by means of OpenWebUI.
• Perform prompt engineering work and optimize model behavior.
• Implement benchmarks, compare models, and measure the quality of results.
• Develop document processing, OCR, and data anonymization solutions.
• Containerize and deploy solutions with Docker and, depending on needs, OpenShift.
• Integrate authentication and identity federation mechanisms, notably Keycloak, SSO, and OpenID Connect.
• Test, document, and continuously improve the quality, security, and robustness of AI solutions.
• Ensure active monitoring, experiment with new technologies, and propose the most suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with business teams, developers, and infrastructure and security teams.

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher education in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or an equivalent field.
• Concrete experience in the development and integration of artificial intelligence solutions.
• Good understanding of language models, generative AI, and their use cases.
• Demonstrated ability to autonomously lead a technical project from end to end.
• Ability to grasp an architecture as a whole and to communicate with business and technical interlocutors.
• Pragmatic, structured, and quality-oriented approach to solutions.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Python
• Git
• Docker
• Development and integration of REST APIs
• Integration of LLM models
• Prompt engineering
• Configuration of chatbots and AI assistants
• Benchmarking and evaluation of AI models
• Autonomy in conducting AI projects
