• Independent execution of maintenance and servicing work on sanitary and heating systems
• Mounting and installing all common components in the field of sanitary and heating
• Professional execution of repair work in the field of heating as well as sanitary
• Performing on-call duty within the framework of the deployment schedule
• Acquisition of repair and maintenance orders

What defines you.

• Completed basic training in the field of building technology or career changers from the electrical/mechanical field with an interest in building technology (heating/sanitary)
• Professional experience in the service sector with electrotechnical knowledge is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in maintenance is an advantage
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• High degree of independence, flexibility and entrepreneurial thinking
• Valid driver's license, irreproachable reputation as well as very good German skills
