Specialist Finance and Accounting

For our client, an established Swiss service company, we are looking for a Specialist Finance and Accounting with a workload of 60-80% immediately or by arrangement. You are responsible for the finance and accounting of several companies and work closely with the management as well as internal and external contact persons. In doing so, you will benefit from flexible working hours, a lot of personal responsibility, and modern office premises.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• Maintaining the general ledger and accounts payable
• Monitoring open accounts receivable as well as the dunning and debt collection process
• Ensuring payment transactions as well as liquidity planning and monitoring
• Preparing monthly and annual financial statements in cooperation with the fiduciary office
• Creating reports and evaluations as well as participating in budgeting and process optimizations

You offer your new employer:

• Commercial basic training with further training in finance and accounting, ideally with a federal professional diploma
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, preferably in an SME
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form. Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as affinity for ERP systems, ideally Abacus
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented personality with high personal responsibility and discretion
