After-Sales Service Manager - 100% (f/m) SPECIALIZED IN THE HEATING FIELD

Profile

• Basic training in the field of automation, electricity, ventilation or heating.
• Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in a similar function with team management.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Very good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Sense of collaboration and ability to work in a team while being autonomous.
• Initiative, organizational skills and ease in communication.
• Driver's license

Responsibilities

• Manage, recruit, qualify and develop employees by practicing participatory leadership.
• Organize work, apply and enforce safety measures, develop new working methods and implement them.
• Prospect new clients or partners, evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of future and ongoing partnerships.
• Support their team in the technical and financial management of assigned mandates.
• Elaborate complementary offers on ongoing projects.
• Ensure customer relations and the smooth running of contractual commitments.
