Bern (and home office) | 80-100% This is the contribution you can make <br /> • Sort, assign and record multilingual incoming mail in the Central Migration Information System (ZEMIS) • Open naturalization applications, verify and update personal data and initialize the process including invoicing • Check, assess and process mutation reports from cantons, cities and municipalities in the foreign categories B, C, G and L in the ZEMIS • Verify personal data in the ZEMIS and clean up potential duplicate entries in cooperation with the cantonal authorities • Process border control reports and, in particular, update or newly record personal data in the ZEMIS <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Commercial or equivalent training with several years of professional experience • Sound user knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of the Central Migration Information System (ZEMIS) is an advantage • Quick comprehension, ability to work in a team and enjoyment of customer-oriented work • Organizational skills for efficient, independent and timely handling of business cases • Good active knowledge of two official languages (B2/C1) <br /> In a nutshell As a clerk, you are responsible for specialist data entries and mutations in the Central Migration Information System (ZEMIS) and make an important contribution to ensuring data quality.
