Are you ready to achieve great things with us? ### YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Collaboration in the conceptualization and further development of training content including consideration of the latest trends and developments in the corresponding professional field • Supervision of apprentices in basic and supplementary training • Deputy for the Stadler internal ÜK leader including takeover of individual course and training sequences • Conducting internal courses such as CAD, drawing technology, 3D printing, etc. • Technical preparation of apprentices for their assignments in the internal departments • Collaboration in apprentice recruitment, conducting trial days including aptitude assessment • Teaching fundamentals of additive manufacturing • Preparation of the partial exams TP and individual practical work IPA • Collaboration and leadership of various projects within vocational training YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE • Training as a Konstrukteur:in EFZ or an adequate degree at HF level, including several years of professional experience • Experience in vocational training or leading apprentices • Communicative, empathetic, and proactive personality with high adaptability • Enjoyment in daily work with young adults • Vocational trainer course / SVEB1 certificate (or the willingness to complete the necessary further training) • CAD Catia V5 and V6 as well as Smarteam knowledge is an advantage • Comprehensive knowledge of the MS Office world • Experience and enjoyment in dealing with technologies such as 3D printing YOUR BENEFITS • Financial subsidies for ZVV or SBB subscriptions and fitness subscriptions • Support for further training opportunities (financially or with part-time possibilities) • Catering options in the Migros canteen Gabriela Stuber HR Business Partner \+41 79 939 97 05
