HR Expert (m/w/d) Your tasks: With your broad HR know-how, you are the first point of contact for our managers and employees Participation in the Human Resources strategy in the HR DACH Matrix and implementation of relevant local HR measures Responsibility for the implementation of personnel processes in the annual cycle (e.g., performance and talent management) Ensuring the entire operational employee lifecycle - from entry to exit (incl. support for payroll processes) Joint recruitment of our specialists and managers as well as apprentices with the DACH Recruiting Team You work across departments and locations with the HR DACH team in Germany and our HR teams in Switzerland Design and implementation of the "One country approach" for the three Swiss Festo companies Your qualifications: You have a higher professional education in the personnel field and are a vocational trainer for KV apprentices Several years of experience as an HR Expert or HR Business Partner and experience with transformation processes Relevant knowledge and experience in the field of labor law (ideally you also have knowledge in tax and social security law) Good analytical skills for the evaluation of personnel, legal and business management issues Strong customer orientation, entrepreneurial thinking and action and very good communication skills Good personnel management IT skills, preferably with Abacus as well as SAP SuccessFactors Very good German and English skills (B2 or higher) as well as good Swiss German skills in spoken and written form Contact person: Leyendecker, \+49(711\)347\-4857 jpid6ba24d7jm jit0627jm jiy26jm
