YOUR MISSIONS • Welcome patients, manage their information, and organize appointments based on availability. • Provide support to practitioners during consultations and interventions, ensuring the necessary assistance. • Perform sampling, analyses, and examinations according to doctors' prescriptions. • Manage billing for operations related to certain practitioners, ensure payment follow-up, and perform necessary reminders. • Manage the logistics of appointments, medical equipment, and the resources necessary for the proper functioning of activities. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS • Recognized competency diplomas • French indispensable, foreign languages a plus • Good adaptability and team spirit, empathy • Mastery of office tools (Microsoft suite, medical management software). • Experience in a holistic environment or an understanding of the global health approach would be an asset.
