Specialist in Marketing & Communication (m/w/d) 60 - 80 % Your tasks In this versatile role, you ensure that our bank is experienced internally and externally. You are responsible for exciting sponsorship commitments, plan, coordinate and implement events, and work on the development of our brand presence. You manage our sponsorship partnerships and contracts - from terms to counter-services to legally compliant implementation - and ensure an efficient and professional overall process. For events, you coordinate all internal and external stakeholders and ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. You maintain our association memberships and coordinate the corresponding activities. Together with the team, you are responsible for a uniform and convincing brand presence at all our locations. You plan and coordinate seasonal decorations and create an inviting customer experience. You organize gift/advertising material and customer campaigns and ensure their smooth implementation. You work closely with location managers, employees, agencies, and external suppliers. Your experience and personality You have a technical education and several years of experience in marketing, sponsoring, or event management. You work independently, structured, and forward-thinking, and keep an overview even with multiple projects. You take on responsibility and coordinate tasks and projects as well as different stakeholders in a sovereign manner. You convince with creativity, a pronounced sense of brand presence, and an eye for detail. You communicate stylishly, appear professionally, and have a pronounced service orientation. You are a reliable, committed personality with high initiative and implementation strength. The safe handling of common Microsoft-365 applications is a matter of course for you.
