Specialist Group Leader

Your responsibility

• Pedagogical group leadership of the infant group & toddlers

You bear the professional responsibility for the group and ensure the implementation of our pedagogical concept in everyday life.

• Creation of a development-promoting environment

You create a framework that offers infants security, comfort, and optimal conditions for independent developmental processes.

• Leadership and accompaniment of the team

You provide professional guidance to specialists and learners, promote cooperation within the team, and support a professional team culture.

• Relationship-oriented accompaniment

You accompany children attentively and sensitively according to their individual developmental stage and ensure high pedagogical quality in everyday life.

• Cooperation with parents

You are the central contact person for families, conduct settling-in, status, and development meetings, and shape a trusting educational partnership.

• Quality assurance and documentation

You observe developmental processes, document them professionally, and actively participate in the further development of our pedagogical quality.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Qualification

Completed training as FaBe Kind EFZ, Kleinkinderzieher/in HF or equivalent recognized qualification
Professional experience in the early childhood sector as well as ideally leadership experience

• Attitude & sensitivity

Enjoyment in the accompaniment and promotion of employees and learners
Sound understanding of early childhood developmental processes

• Pedagogical interest

Interest in Pikler pedagogy, early childhood education, and modern pedagogy
Strong communication and organizational skills

• Language & environment

Very good German skills; English skills are welcome

• Personality

Ability to reflect, initiative, sense of responsibility, team spirit, and openness in a dynamic environment
