Head of enterprise architecture Schermenwaldstrasse 13, 3063 Ittigen (and home office) | 80-100% This is your contribution To professionally, personally and financially lead the enterprise architecture area across the five federal offices of the army in the various architecture areas (military ICT, civil ICT, armament and digital transformation) To be responsible for the professional leadership of enterprise architecture for the entire Defence Group and to involve the partners in doing so; cross-cutting control of domain and business area architectures To shape and be responsible for the governance, processes and products of the architecture as well as to create fundamentals and specifications for the projects To develop architecture specifications and guidelines for action aligned with the strategy and business requirements and to introduce them to the responsible management bodies To manage internal, external and international stakeholders (e.g. industry partners) of Defence Architecture and to communicate the contents of the architecture in favor of "Federated Mission Networking" What makes you unique University or university of applied sciences degree with a specialization in computer science and business administration, good knowledge in the area of (enterprise) architecture and analysis as well as very good knowledge of military structures and processes Proven several years of leadership experience in enterprise architecture and its methods in large organizations Ability to convey complex issues clearly, in a structured manner and appropriately for the target group and to combine different interests Very good methodological competence (e.g. TOGAF, HERMES, project or program management certifications such as IPMA/MAS) and further training and experience in business analysis Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and passive knowledge of a third official language as well as very good English skills (C1) In a nutshell Are you interested in helping to shape the long-term development of the army and the Defence Group?
