Industrial machines for heavy equipment in the naval sector.
Development, realization, and manufacture of special machines integrating robotics, automation, and welding.
Your main responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain the software/HMI on the programmable logic controllers of our machines.
Program, code, and simulate industrial processes according to customer specifications.
Perform testing, fine-tuning, and commissioning of our machines on our premises.
Perform commissioning at our clients (intercontinental travel to be expected)
Work in close collaboration with the welding, electrical, software, and robotics engineering teams.
Write and maintain technical documentation.
Write functional analyses of programs and participate in risk analysis.
Provide support and maintenance for deployed systems.
Your profile:
Engineering or technician training in automation.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial machine programming.
Significant experience in the integration of industrial systems with HMI, robots, and software.
Mastery of Siemens PLCs (Step7/Tia Portal/WinCC), Schneider is an asset.
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Profinet, OPC UA, Ethernet/IP, MQTT, etc.)
Dynamic, pragmatic, and autonomous personality, with good interpersonal skills and a strong technical culture.
Mastery of English, both spoken and written, is necessary.
