Project Manager Architecture and Execution (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Project Manager Architecture and Execution (m/f/d). You will take over demanding construction projects from the planning phase and accompany them until implementation. In doing so, you combine design quality with clear organization as well as reliable control of costs and deadlines.

Tasks

• Development of suitable planning solutions for complex new construction and renovation projects
• Management of internal and external planning participants over several project phases
• Coordination of requirements from architecture, usage, technology, and execution
• Preparation of cost bases, tenders, and award recommendations
• Conducting contract negotiations as well as drafting the necessary planner and works contracts
• Overall responsibility for project organization, quality, costs, and deadlines

Profile

• Training as Zeichner/in EFZ Architektur, Architekt/in FH/HF or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in the planning and management of demanding structural engineering projects
• Sound knowledge in cost planning, tendering, contract law, and Swiss construction standards
• Confident handling of digital planning, calculation, and collaboration tools
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Strong understanding of technical and design relationships
• Structured way of working, clear decision-making ability, and convincing appearance
