As part of a replacement, we are looking for one of our clients Assistant Accountant (80%) – Temporary mission As part of a replacement, we are looking for one of our clients based in Genève an Assistant Accountant at 80% for a temporary mission with an immediate start. Assistant Accountant (80%) – Temporary mission Missions Ensure the entry of accounting entries. Process supplier invoices and participate in the monitoring of payments. Perform bank reconciliations. Participate in the monitoring of client and supplier accounts. Contribute to monthly closings by providing support to the accounting team. File and archive accounting documents. Perform various administrative tasks related to the accounting department. Communicate occasionally in English with internal and external interlocutors. Profile CFC as a commercial employee, training in accounting or a title deemed equivalent. First successful experience as an assistant accountant or in a similar function. Good mastery of MS Office tools, notably Excel. A minimum English level of B2, both spoken and written, is indispensable. Rigorous, organized and autonomous person.
