Design Architect (80-100%) Exciting tasks and a family-like corporate culture Our client is a successful, dynamic second-generation family business in the Canton of Zug with around 45 employees. The general contracting real estate company plans and realizes buildings and developments throughout Central Switzerland. The company accompanies construction projects from the initial idea through project management, planning and financing to complete implementation as well as sale or rental and management. The office mostly also acts as the client, thus the entire time management of the respective objects is regulated internally. This is noticeable in optimal workflows as well as employee satisfaction. Due to the promotion of an employee, we are looking for a versatile and experienced Design Architect (80-100%) Your tasks. In a team of 9 project developers and planners, you develop the foundations for the projects according to the specifications. You develop solution approaches and variant studies, create feasibility studies, develop concepts, designs and building applications using ArchiCAD. You coordinate specialist planners, external visualizations and model builders, and you develop attractive color and material concepts. Preliminary clarifications with authorities, neighbors and third parties are also part of your broad field of tasks. Your profile. You are a Dipl. Architect with a university degree and ideally bring several years of experience in the design of complex buildings in the market. You have your professional focuses in the area of development and planning up to and including building application and are proficient in using CAD programs (ideally ArchiCAD) and in 3D visualization. You have an eye for high-quality architecture and a good sense for its efficient and customer-oriented implementation.
