Your profile: * Interest in the elderly: Marked interest in geriatrics and psychogeriatrics; a first experience in EMS is an asset * Interpersonal skills & Posture: Calm, soothing character, capacity for listening, perspective, and a keen sense of responsibility. * Organization and leadership: Ability to prioritize, coordinate care, support the team, and make decisions adapted to clinical situations. * Team spirit: Ease in interdisciplinary collaboration and in relations with residents, relatives, and partners. * Digital skills: Mastery of institutional IT tools and ease in maintaining the computerized resident record (DIR/Carefolio). * Bachelor HES-SO in Nursing required (or equivalence registered with the Swiss Red Cross). * Complementary training (an asset): Holder of a CAS (Trainer Practitioner, Psycho-geriatrics, Palliative care) or HPCI training.
