Construction Manager Specialised Civil Engineering (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:
As a Construction Manager for Specialised Civil Engineering, you will undertake the independent and holistic processing of demanding construction sites – from work preparation through to execution and successful project completion. Your main area of operation is in the Bern region, however project-related assignments throughout Switzerland are possible.

Your tasks include in particular:

• Independent management, organization, and processing of specialised civil engineering projects
• Ensuring an efficient construction site process that is on schedule and within budget
• Ongoing control of costs, services, deadlines, and quality
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, quality, and environmental specifications
• Conducting construction site meetings as well as active representation of the company towards clients and project partners
• Accompanying the construction sites until acceptance, final invoicing, and complete project handover

Your profile:
You are an entrepreneurial personality with at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of specialised civil engineering and a basic, profession-related education, who wishes to apply their construction expertise in a future-oriented environment. You bring the following profile:

• Construction technical training, ideally in the field of specialised civil engineering
• Reliable, flexible, quality-conscious, and punctual
• Experienced in dealing with clients and construction management
• Fast, solution-oriented reaction to the requirements of the supervised construction sites
• Entrepreneurial and business-oriented thinking
• Readiness to work in a supra-regional field of activity
