Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f)

To complete the Quality team at our Villars-sur-Glâne production site, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f) WHAT YOU WILL DO: #### • Identify the specifications, rules, standards, labels, and customer requirements to be applied for incoming materials, intermediate products, consumables, and finished products • Evaluate risks, define priorities and actions, and ensure the integration of preventive and corrective actions within the field and quality management system • Periodically audit the application of rules, requirements, standards, and good hygiene and manufacturing practices (GHP/GMP) internally and externally • Record, evaluate the criticality, and classify non-conformities • Coordinate, evaluate proposals for actions, and accompany the resolution of non-conformities with the various stakeholders • Trigger security actions in connection with non-conformities • Coordinate, evaluate, and accompany changes within the field and quality management system • Coordinate the evaluation and qualification of suppliers, service providers, and subcontractors with the support of the purchasing department • Support the company's training and awareness process to ensure the integration of quality aspects into the units WHAT YOU BRING: #### • Holder of a Bachelor or Master degree (university, HES/EPF) or a deemed equivalent diploma • Confirmed experience in quality assurance, ideally in the food industry • Mastery of standards (GFSI, ISO), regulatory requirements, as well as Lean tools and problem-solving methods (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, 8D/A3) • Solid skills in auditing and good mastery of computer tools (MS Office, ERP, etc.) • Excellent mastery of French or German, with good knowledge of the other language; English is an asset • Leadership, analytical spirit, and strong sense of responsibility, with a solution-oriented and collaborative approach WHAT WE OFFER YOU: #### • An evolving environment and a pleasant working atmosphere • Possibility of internal training and development • Various discounts at over 150 partners via the Swibeco platform • Advantageous social benefits (complementary health and accident insurance, supplement to family allowances) 4 REASONS TO JOIN CREMO: #### • You will actively participate in the transformation of Cremo • You will contribute to projects at the heart of a historic Swiss food company • You will have a direct impact on the company's performance to achieve our ambitious goals • You will engage in sustainable and responsible activity We look forward to receiving your application!
