Project Manager Renovation

You will take over the operational and economic management of renovation projects in the Zurich area, from tendering to commissioning.

Tasks

• Responsibility for the economic achievement of targets for renovation projects in the Zurich region
• Independent operational project management while complying with safety, deadlines, and quality
• Close cooperation with subcontractors, suppliers, planners, and authorities
• Contact person for clients, business partners, and other stakeholders
• Technical leadership and development of the site managers in the team
• Ensuring transparent communication and complete documentation
• Regular reporting to the overall project manager

Profile

• Completed training as a Project Manager, Techniker TS, Architect, or Civil Engineer
• 2–5 years of experience in managing renovation projects
• Independent management of complex construction sites
• Experience in the technical leadership of up to five site managers
• Familiarity with the general contractor environment
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
