You are the central contact person for employees and supervisors for all questions regarding wages, social insurance, withholding tax, and time tracking. You manage the entire processing of social insurance and are the competent contact person for internal and external bodies. You prepare the annual payroll closings and ensure flawless processing of wage statements, AHV and pension fund statements, as well as account reconciliations. You continuously develop our payroll system, implement annual wage adjustments, and actively contribute optimization ideas. You calculate salary offers for future employees and thus make an important contribution to our recruitment processes. You are involved in cross-departmental projects and actively help shape the further development of our organization. Your profile You have a commercial basic training or an equivalent training as well as completed further training as a Payroll Specialist, Social Insurance Specialist, or a comparable qualification.
