YOUR TASKS

• You receive our patients and customers in a friendly and professional manner and are their first point of contact
• You coordinate appointments, record patient data, and ensure smooth processes at the reception and on the telephone
• You undertake administrative tasks related to our therapy services and self-payer offers, as well as the processing of mail and e-mails
• You support the recording of services and invoicing
• With your organizational talent, you support the team and contribute to a well-functioning daily practice routine

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a basic commercial training with further training as a medical secretary
• You bring experience in a comparable function and are familiar with medical terminology
• You are service-oriented, resilient, and work independently, structured, and efficiently
• You enjoy contact with people and are confident in using digital systems and practice software
