Your mission: ###

• Prospect, analyze, and negotiate sales mandates for all potential investment properties in Suisse Romande
• Estimate investment real estate
• Identify client needs and expectations
• Manage and accompany clients during viewings
• Finalize sales until signing

Your profile: ###

• Proven experience in the investment real estate sector
• Knowledge of the Swiss real estate market
• Very good network of contacts
• Dynamic, motivated, tenacious, and committed
• Excellent negotiator, you are creative in searching for solutions for clients
• Excellent command of French and English, German would be an asset
