JardinSuisse is the entrepreneurs' association of gardeners based in Aarau. As the voice of the green industry, JardinSuisse shapes the framework conditions for over 1'700 businesses – and makes their topics visible. Furthermore, we are actively involved in the further development of vocational training. Our goal is to create optimal economic and political framework conditions for the companies in the industry. With well-founded communication, we inform our members as well as the entire industry about relevant developments and topics. At the same time, we offer a diverse and practical range of services and the political work of an association. In the context of a succession regulation, we are looking for the department of Production, Trade and Environment immediately or by agreement for a (Junior) Project Manager (80 – 100%) Place of work: Aarau | Start: 1. October 2026 or by agreement Your main tasks: Support of the assigned committees: meeting coordination, providing documents, writing minutes Support of dossiers and projects in the areas of tree nurseries, horticulture, and environment and sustainability Contact person for questions from specialist group members, authorities, associations, and other organizations as well as private individuals Support in organizing events (general meetings, specialist conferences, further education courses, etc.), trade fairs, and events Maintenance of the department's homepage, collaboration on political issues Your profile: BSc in Natural Sciences (Environmental Engineer, Horticulture, Agronomy, etc.) or higher vocational training as a gardener User experience in the usual MS Office programs Mastery of German written and spoken is mandatory, you also have good knowledge of Swiss German (spoken and written), Italian language skills are an advantage You distinguish yourself through good communication skills and can coordinate work between several parties You actively contribute to improving existing processes and further developing our services What we offer: A diverse and responsible activity with scope for design Direct contact with specialist persons within and outside the association Opportunity to continuously develop your expertise A centrally located workplace in Aarau with ideal traffic connections A motivated team and an appreciative work environment Bring your passion for the green industry to JardinSuisse – we are looking forward to you!
