The Appenzeller Heilbad is located in the middle of the pre-alpine hilly landscape between Lake Constance and Säntis above Heiden. For over 300 years, we have been using our unique natural product, our own spring water with its valuable minerals and trace elements. This extraordinary water is the basis for our diverse bath and sauna landscape - both outdoors and indoors. An extensive range of beauty services, various courses from water gymnastics to indoor cycling, as well as a new fitness center complement our offer to our guests and invite relaxation.
For our small, family-oriented team, we are looking for reinforcement by arrangement as an

Allrounder / Pool Manager
60-80% workload

Activities

• Monitoring of bath/sauna operations and ensuring safety and order
• Performing various sauna infusions
• Conducting our popular water gymnastics
• Cleaning of the entire bath and sauna facilities
• Maintenance work and control of the technical systems
• Implementation of hygiene and safety standards as well as the chemical and legal requirements for bath water quality

Requirements

• Valid Brevet SRLG Pro Pool with BLS-AED or the willingness to complete the course?
• Completed vocational training, preferably from the manual/craft sector
• Are you a friendly, flexible and resilient personality and preferably bring experience in a bath/sauna operation?
• Do you enjoy interacting with guests and possess technical flair as well as skill?
• Do irregular working hours with evening and weekend shifts fit ideally into your life situation?
• Do you work independently and like to take on responsibility?
• Is German your native language or do you have very good German language skills?
