Currently, for our headquarters located in Bienne, we are looking for for our "Fabrication" department a: SETTING OPERATOR 2X8 (M/F) Missions: • Ensure the setting of existing products as well as the production monitoring of a fleet of grinding machines Responsibilities: • Guarantee production compliant with line objectives in terms of quality and quantity • Perform settings and tool changes in accordance with manufacturing orders • Carry out visual and dimensional inspections of produced parts • Perform preventive maintenance of CNC and conventional machines • Participate in the training and development of skills of machining operators • Ensure the transmission of information between the 2x8 teams Skills: • CFC in the field of mechanics or training deemed equivalent • Confirmed experience in an industrial environment would be an asset • Knowledge of grinding machines, type Studer, Pemamo, would be an asset • Sense of communication, oriented towards continuous improvement, with strong potential for evolution • Methodical, rigorous, autonomous person, endowed with an excellent team spirit
