Requirement profile ##

• Diploma as Pflegefachperson HF or FH (for degrees obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
• Joy in caring for elderly people, combined with a sense of responsibility
• Knowledge of BESA or RAI as well as CareCoach is an advantage
• Interest in wound or pain management
• Team spirit, initiative and a communicative manner

Tasks ##

• Holistic care and support of elderly people according to modern, individual concepts
• Activity as a primary caregiver with responsibility for nursing processes
• Assumption of treatment nursing tasks in the interdisciplinary team
• Participation in the development of internal processes, incl. professional topic responsibility
• Active role in team development and collegial cooperation
