Your new challenge, if you accept it:

As a fiduciary expert, your missions will be the following:

• Management and supervision of mandates for a varied clientele
• Preparation of financial statements and tax returns
• Strategic and tax consulting for clients
• Supporting clients in their digital transformation and the optimization of their management processes
• Participation in the deployment and use of innovative solutions, notably around Odoo, process automation, and artificial intelligence tools
• Monitoring technological developments and identifying opportunities for improvement for clients and the fiduciary
• Supervision and training of employees
• Active participation in the development of the fiduciary

Your profile: more than a CV, a personality

• Diploma as a fiduciary expert or an equivalent recognized training
• Proven experience in fiduciary services
• First successful experience in management
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss and French accounting and tax standards
• Sensitivity to new technologies, the digitalization of financial professions, and artificial intelligence tools
• Interest in process optimization and supporting clients in their digital transformation
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Interpersonal skills and sense of customer service
