In order to strengthen our "Building" Department, we are looking for a:

Building Technician-Electrician (M/F)

Missions :

• Ensure the upkeep, maintenance, and proper functioning of buildings and technical installations, with particular expertise in building electricity.
• Actively contribute to the prevention of occupational risks and the implementation of SST actions, in collaboration with the SST & Technical Services Manager, in compliance with safety standards and current regulations.

Responsibilities :

Technical Services

• Ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance of the electrical and technical installations of the building;
• Carry out electrical installations, modifications, and troubleshooting (lighting, panels, connections, equipment);
• Participate in the commissioning of new installations or equipment;
• Participate in interventions on the technical installations of the building (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water, compressed air, etc.);
• Perform revisions and controls according to established maintenance plans;
• Contribute to the general maintenance of buildings and infrastructure;
• Participate in renovation, improvement, and compliance work;
• Collaborate with external service providers during technical interventions;
• Apply and strictly respect Health, Safety, and Environment rules;
• Be proactive in the management of anomalies, non-conformities, or any risky situation;

Health & Safety

• Participate in SST inspections and risk analyses, report dangerous situations, and ensure the follow-up of corrective measures.
• Contribute to the reporting and analysis of accidents, incidents, and near-misses, as well as the implementation of defined preventive actions.
• Participate in raising staff awareness regarding SST rules, particularly concerning PPE, dangerous products, first aid, and fire prevention.
• Ensure the update and follow-up of SST documentation within their scope: registers, control sheets, reports, indicators, and archiving.

Profile :

• CFC as an electrical installer or equivalent training;
• Proven experience in a technical position related to buildings and maintenance;
• General knowledge of technical building installations;
• Authorization on low-voltage installations (Art 13 OIBT);
• Solid skills in building electricity;
• Knowledge of technical infrastructure and equipment;
• Ability to diagnose and resolve faults;
• Knowledge of applicable safety standards and regulations;
• Reading of technical plans and diagrams;
• Autonomy, versatility, and sense of responsibility;
• Rigor, meticulousness, and reliability;
• Good team spirit and sense of service;
• Flexibility and availability;
• Good physical condition.
