ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Quality Manager (M/F) between 70% and 100%
Reporting to the Management, the Quality & Operational Excellence Manager is responsible for the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) at Ritschard. He/she actively contributes to the overall performance of the company by ensuring compliance with standards and spreading a sustainable quality culture.

Your responsibilities
Manage and maintain the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
Prepare, coordinate, and conduct internal and external audits
Ensure the compliance of processes and procedures
Identify areas for improvement and manage the associated action plans
Manage non-conformities and ensure the monitoring of quality indicators
Train and raise awareness among teams regarding quality requirements
Ensure regulatory and normative monitoring to guarantee the company's compliance
Your profile
Higher education in quality, management, or an equivalent field
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
ISO 9001 internal auditor certification
Proven experience in conducting audits
Analytical mind, rigor, and sense of organization
Excellent communication and pedagogical skills
Experience in the transport and logistics sector, an asset
