We are looking for a:

Industrial Blanking Setter (M/F)

Your missions:

• Prepare, mount and set up cold blanking tools on our mechanical and hydraulic presses
• Ensure production launches, and support operators in mastering instructions and best practices
• Control and adjust the blanking process parameters to guarantee production quality and performance
• Master adjustments, tooling wear management as well as lubrication
• Control the quality of the blanked parts, identify defects (tears, cracks or appearance defects) and adapt production parameters accordingly
• Optimize changeovers by applying SMED principles
• Diagnose issues related to tooling and the process, and ensure first-level maintenance
• Ensure the restoration and resetting of the production station at the end of the series
• Autonomously manage consumables and wear parts
• Ensure self-control, and perform production and quality monitoring records
• Collaborate closely with other departments to guarantee the fluidity and performance of operations

Your profile:

• Training in tooling mechanics
• Proven experience in industrial setting and blanking, ideally on non-ferrous materials
• Excellent mastery of mounting and setting up blanking tools on mechanical and/or hydraulic presses
• Very good understanding of blanking processes and conditions
• Ability to read and analyze a blanked part, identify defects and provide the necessary corrections
• Good knowledge of tooling and ability to perform technical diagnostics
• Ability to support operators and transmit technical instructions
