Your mission

• Prepare surfaces before application (stripping, sanding, cleaning, protection of areas)
• Carry out interior and exterior painting work according to plans and site requirements
• Apply coatings (paint, stain, plaster) with regularity and clean finishes
• Perform necessary touch-ups and corrections to guarantee a uniform result
• Assemble and correctly use scaffolding and work equipment
• Ensure the protection of furniture, floors, and sensitive elements during the intervention
• Strictly respect safety instructions and site procedures
• Collaborate with other trades to ensure good coordination of the construction site

Skills & qualifications required

• Proven experience in painting (interior/exterior) on construction sites
• Mastery of substrate preparation techniques and finishes
• Knowledge of paint products and systems (choice of substrates, compatibilities, application)
• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail for a quality result
• Autonomy on site and sense of organization
• Respect for safety rules (PPE, site procedures)
• Valid driver's license (asset depending on travel organization)
• Training or certification in painting/building finishing (CFC or equivalent appreciated)
• Reading of technical instructions and understanding of finishing requirements
