We are looking to refill a position for our Finance and Accounting sector: Assistant Accountant 50-100% (M/F) Your responsibilities: General accounting from A-Z and entry of current transactions for the various Perrin Groupe companies; Active participation in maintaining accounting up to monthly, quarterly, and annual closing operations; Management and follow-up of litigation up to debt collection Contribution to the processing of accounting for the various companies and to the financial management of consortiums; Processing of supplier invoices (scanning, accounting imputation, management of deadlines, and follow-up of payments); Preparation of financial statements in collaboration with your manager Your profile: Holder of a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent deemed training Professional experience of a few years in the field of accounting in Switzerland, ideally in the construction, finishing trades, or industrial sector Good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards, their application, and good mastery of standard office tools (Excel, Word) You master an accounting ERP software (knowledge of MS 2000 would be an asset) Good mastery of written and spoken French Rigorous, proactive, reliable, and responsible, you have a good ability for organization and priority management Under the responsibility of the Finance Manager and in partnership with your colleagues, you enjoy teamwork and demonstrate interpersonal skills in order to provide information to our internal and external partners.
