Waterproofing Team Leader M/F

For one of our clients active in the canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for an experienced Waterproofing Team Leader (M/F). Supervision and coordination of a team of waterproofers Organization and monitoring of construction sites Bituminous, PVC, EPDM and resin waterproofing work Preparation of supports and installation of insulation Execution of flashing, finishing and quality controls Equipment management and adherence to deadlines Strict application of safety rules Proven experience in waterproofing Successful experience in team management Autonomous, rigorous and organized Driving license indispensable Ability to manage priorities and to communicate with the different stakeholders
