Work location: Rothenburg Workload: 100 % Tasks: You lead the internal IT team technically and personally and are responsible for the internal IT infrastructure and the IT services for over 200 employees. You further develop IT strategy and governance, ensure secure operation including backup and disaster recovery, are responsible for the cloud and workplace architecture, and coordinate with the development teams and specialist departments. You combine strategic leadership and practical collaboration. Profile: You bring several years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations or management, including technical and personal leadership. Knowledge in cloud platforms and security, experience in endpoint management as well as familiarity with Microsoft 365, virtualization and Infrastructure as Code are an advantage. You master German at a C1 level.
