To complete the team of Zug Estates AG, we are looking for an experienced and trustworthy person as Team Leader Execution & Client Representation, starting immediately or by agreement.

Your main tasks are:

• Global financial responsibility during the execution phase: steering and guaranteeing compliance with project budgets, including cost control, management of addenda, forecasting, and reporting.
• Direction and development of the Execution organization: technical and personnel management of the execution team as well as targeted development of employees, structures, and collaboration.
• Operational management and decision-making responsibility: clear decision-making body in the daily management of works realization with a focus on costs, deadlines, quality, and risks.
• Strategic participation and process optimization: active contribution to the development of project and department strategies as well as continuous improvement of processes, standards, and methods.
• Quality assurance in the construction process: responsibility for the establishment and implementation of quality standards, defect management, and sustainable improvement processes.
• Innovation and digitalization: responsibility for promoting innovative construction processes and digital working methods (e.g., BIM, reporting, data management) as well as their sustainable anchoring in the team.
• Management of tenant fit-outs & interfaces (GAB / MAB): global responsibility for tenant fit-outs as well as coordination of interfaces between base building and tenant fit-out with clearly defined processes and responsibilities.

You bring the following qualifications:

• Degree in architecture, civil engineering, or comparable qualification
• Experience in client representation or advisory during the execution phase
• Several years of experience in execution and site management as well as in managing complex construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of contract law and standards (notably SIA)
• Mastery of integral management of costs, deadlines, and quality as well as management of complex interfaces
• Proven leadership skills with assertiveness and clear decision-making ability
• Entrepreneurial spirit as well as a global understanding of projects
• High sense of responsibility and reliability
• Convincing communication and negotiation skills at all levels
• Structured, solution-oriented, and prospective way of working
• Great capacity for enthusiasm and motivating effect on teams
• Strong taste for innovation and active participation in changes
• Willingness for continuous training (e.g., leadership, project management, real estate)
