Senior Physician (m/f/d) Head of Sleep Laboratory 80-100%

Your Field of Activity ### • You will take over the technical and organizational management of our recognized sleep center and actively participate in its further development. In doing so, you will diagnose and treat the entire spectrum of sleep medicine diseases in outpatient consultations as well as in the sleep laboratory and contribute to the continuous expansion of our services and capacities • You are responsible for the implementation, supervision, and assessment of all sleep medicine examinations. With your ideas, you will help design innovative care concepts and further develop new sleep medicine offers for our patients • You will care for patients with invasive and non-invasive ventilation, lead our interprofessional sleep laboratory team, and continuously develop it. In addition, you will be involved in the training, further education, and continuing education of our pneumological team • You will work closely with various specialist disciplines as well as our partner hospitals - in particular the Schweizer Paraplegiker-Zentrum Nottwil. With a pneumological background, collaboration in the entire pneumological spectrum is also possible, as is participation in the on-call service. Your Experience ### • You have a specialist title in pneumology or neurology with proven experience in sleep medicine. You must possess the certificate of competence in sleep medicine (SGSSC) • You bring leadership competence or the motivation to take responsibility for an interprofessional team. Additionally, you enjoy actively developing structures and processes and helping to shape innovations in sleep medicine • You value interdisciplinary cooperation and enjoy being involved in the training, further education, and continuing education of physicians as well as other professional groups. Very good German language skills in speaking and writing are required; English skills and further language skills are an advantage • You convince through your high social competence, act independently, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
